[About shipping and delivery times]
All products are purchased from carefully selected overseas sellers. Our overseas partner companies inspect and package the products before shipping. Therefore, it may take approximately 14 to 30 business days from payment to delivery.
*The calculation of delivery days is based on business days. We have warehouses overseas and prepare to ship as soon as an order is placed. Please note that there is a possibility that your order may be canceled if the item is out of stock after you place your order.

[If the customer is not present]
If you choose postal delivery, the package will be delivered to your mailbox. If you choose courier delivery, you will receive a notice of absence, so please request redelivery yourself.
Please note that if you do not request redelivery for a long period of time, the package will be automatically returned to the overseas shipping center.
*If the shipping address is incorrect, the item will be returned due to an unknown address. In this case, we can resend the item within the storage period, but please note that an additional return fee will be charged.
